Custom handmade Damascus steel hunting knives with Ebony wood  handle. Excellent  work manship ship from great craftsman. This is custom items and it will take about 4 to 5 week after order. This knife is powerful display of high quality hand-craftsmanship that is intened For heavy use and build strong to last life time. Handle Ebony wood  razor sharp blade.

Our Damascus steel is hand-forged out of steel sheets of grade  1075 and 4340.

Number of Layers:

Initially a stack of 11 sheets of AISI 1075 & AISI 4340 is formed. The stack is then heated and hammer forged. The heating and beating process is repeated 4 to 5 times to get 176 + layers of high quality Damascus steel.

Heat Treatment:

Each blade is carefully heated to 1500 degree Fahrenheit, where after; it is oil quenched and tempered to achieve hardness above 60 (HRC) on the Rockwell scale.
